Yes. Commercial requests always wait for at least three quotes. If fewer come in by the deadline, you choose: wait 48 hours more, or award with a reason we keep on file for your board.
Do you check insurance?
Yes: liability insurance for every pro, and WSIB clearance for commercial work, before they can quote.
Can I see proof of each visit?
The pro sends before and after photos, stamped with the time and, when their phone allows, GPS. They stay on your request page.
